Grasstains revitalized this charming 1920s bungalow, blending modern aesthetics with functional outdoor living while addressing critical structural needs. The project began with stabilizing a failing front wall, incorporating terraced landscape walls to enhance both durability and curb appeal.

Designed for both everyday enjoyment and entertaining, the new outdoor spaces provide a welcoming front patio with a cozy breakfast nook for morning coffee and neighborhood connections, along with a private backyard patio and seat wall for informal summer gatherings. A lush lawn offers a play space for pets, while thoughtfully placed garden beds allow the homeowners to grow fresh herbs and vegetables for their love of cooking.
